Frederic studied chemistry at the University of Konstanz from 2015-2021. For his master thesis he joined the Kovermann group working in the field of protein NMR spectroscopy. In August 2021 he continued his work as a PhD student investigating protein structure and dynamics with high-pressure NMR spectroscopic experiments.

Yannick studied Life Science at the University of Konstanz from 2015–2022. For his master thesis he was working on the synthesis of macroline at the AG Gaich. He joined the Kovermann group in May 2022 for his PhD and is currently working in the field of 19F NMR spectroscopy of proteins in a cellular context.
