Research
The research group of Prof. Dr. Kovermann is mainly interested in the characterization of protein structure, dynamics and functions by using spectroscopic methods, in particular high-resolution NMR spectroscopy. The experimental setup covers both, the expression and purification of istopically labelled biomolecules and the NMR spectroscopic measurements of them. The experimental setup is complemented by additional biophysical methods to answer complex research questions convergently.
