Visit and invited lecture by Dr. Fabienne Gauffre at University of Konstanz
Dr. Fabienne Gauffre (Institut des Sciences Chimiques de Rennes (ISCR) – UMR CNRS 6226 Chimie Organique et Interfaces (COrInt), visited us this week in Konstanz. She gave an exciting invited talk in the institute seminar entitled “From surfactant free emulsions to hybrid nanocapsules: an Odyssee into Ouzo”.
